Adults refer to animals or humans who have completed their growth and development. Adults are social concepts and a legal one in our world. Contrary to the concept of a non-adult or "minor", a legal adult is a person who has reached the age of majority, and therefore is considered autonomous, self-sufficient and accountable. Also, they can be described as"major" or "major". The average age at which you can attain legal adulthood is 18, but the definition can vary based on legal rights, country and the level of development in psychological terms.

At the point that a person reaches physical and intellectual maturity it is referred to as adulthood. Typically, the age of adulthood is around age 21 or 20. In general, middle age is around 40 years of age, and is then it will be about 60. Young adulthood starts between ages of 18 to 30. Middle adulthood occurs from between the mid-30s and the 60s. Later adulthood is when we reach mid-60s. By the time we reach an early age (20 to mid-40s) the physical development is completed, though our height and weight could increase a bit. During young adulthood we reach the top of our physical capabilities.
